IRON MAIDEN LEGACY OF THE BEAST

 
 

CHALLENGE:

Off Beat Enterprises was presented with the challenge by Incendium LLC. of creating a collectibles line inspired by the mobile video game "Legacy of the Beast," which itself was an ambitious project in collaboration with Iron Maiden. The goal was to provide fans and collectors with tangible, physical items that celebrated the band's iconic imagery, inspired by the game, while maintaining the trust and enthusiasm of Iron Maiden's passionate fan base and engage further the younger crowds to explore the brand and their music.

SOLUTION:

Off Beat Enterprises solution involved leveraging the rich and immersive universe of "Legacy of the Beast" to create a diverse range of collectibles. They strategically designed action figures, vinyl figurines, apparel, art prints, and other items that captured the essence of Iron Maiden's history and the game's visual style. These collectibles were inspired by various incarnations of Eddie and other characters featured in the mobile game, staying true to the authenticity of the Iron Maiden brand. Off Beat Enterprises also ensured that the collectibles represented the same commitment to craft quality and authenticity as the mobile game, effectively bridging the gap between the digital and physical worlds associated with the "Legacy of the Beast" project.

RESULTS:

The results of Off Beat Enterprises's efforts in creating the collectibles line were highly successful. Fans and collectors had the opportunity to own and cherish tangible pieces of the Iron Maiden universe. Generating solid revenue, and helped to establish Incendium as a branding house. These collectibles successfully brought the game's immersive world to life, inspiring devotion among fans and collectors. The collectibles line expanded the brand's presence beyond the digital realm, reaching various markets and engaging the Iron Maiden community, making it a prominent topic of discussion within the fan base.

Off Beat Enterprises's dedicated team played essential roles in various aspects of the project including building the sales materials, establish the vendor accounts, manage production, packaging design, product plans, and more. Contributing to the creative direction, brand engagement, and messaging surrounding the collectibles, ensuring their alignment with the "Legacy of the Beast" mobile game and the Iron Maiden brand as a whole. The campaidn was successful enough that the band has been touring under this banner since 2017.
